#1: The New Golden Rule: Top 10 Etiquette Tips for 2012

We all live by that one mighty golden rule telling us to do unto others as we would have them do unto us, right?

Well, how truly mighty is that rule present day? Since we all come from an array of backgrounds and walks of life, our personal and acceptable levels of motivation, empowerment and success are usually not very equal to that of our friends, colleagues and family.

We all need something slightly or drastically different to get us moving in the right direction towards our  desired goals.

In an age when we are tasked with wearing multiple hats, being the support system for ourselves. our children, our colleagues and our friends. when exactly do you have the time to figure out how to stay motivated, engaged, enlightened and empowered?

Scarlet Says…develop a circle of trusted individuals that inspire and motivate you and to whom you can do the same. Motivation is what keeps us going when our gas is low, inspires us when plan A through C has failed and helps us regroup and relaunch when its time to create opportunities instead of waiting for them to magically appear.

The only way that this will be “your” year for success and change is if you decide and make plans for it to be. So, in 2012, join Scarlet with the adoption of The New Golden Rule:

Do unto others in a way that will engage, enlighten and empower you to both reach and exceed your personal level of success.

Until next time…Happy New Year!
